First Session: We get right to work! We begin with a discussion of the issue or your intention that you bring to the table. We continue with the Truths about You and Action Steps for this work to take root permanently in your subconscious. Lastly, the hypnosis which brings clarity, changes perspective and deepens positive lasting change.
Subsequent Sessions: A session is specifically designed for you which includes a blend of techniques using metaphorical strategies, new perspective on old stories and trauma, and reestablishing your positive truths in your subconscious. With each session you gain more tools to empower YOU. The tools learned will become part of your lifetime practice for future issues and goals.
Most often, with only 5 to 8 sessions, sometimes more, creates powerful change and a dynamic new outlook on life.
Hypnotherapy is an educational and self improvement process that facilitates access to a person's internal resources to assist him/her in solving problems, increasing motivation, or altering behavior patterns to create positive and lasting change.
